All Goa Poultry Farmers and Traders Association (AGPFTA) is the only state level organisation in poultry representing the poultry farmers and traders. AGPFTA has been actively involved in a lot of activities with the Government at the centre in dealing with issues acting as a roadblock for development of poultry, policy related issues and the concerns/grievances of the poultry community in Goa. Not only in Centre, AGPFTA is also actively involved in raising issues with governments on the propaganda of farmer’s and Traders welfare.

The sole objective of the association is farmer’s welfare as we believe in the fact ‘If a farmer and trader is flourishing then the entire country flourishes’.

All Goa Poultry Farmers and Traders Association (AGPFTA) is agile in taking up new initiatives and constantly keeps evolving its agenda(s) to meet the current scenario challenges. The dynamic working body of the organisation under the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative also leads the idea of increasing protein intake in India. Since India is a protein deficient country, AAGPFTA has been actively involved in creating awareness amongst the masses on the subject. We have been educating people on how much protein to consume, how to calculate daily intake of protein wherein, we just promote increase in protein intake through 1-day Seminars.

AGPFTA generously thanks its members for their continuous support and confidence in the Association. It is these well wishers that always prompt the working committee to work harder each time.

Thus, it is high time that we further strengthen the association by signing up for the membership and have a greater impact on Government and Public.
